Helping Supply Chain & Planning Teams

Improve Productivity, Performance & Wellbeing

What Is Hidden Capacity Costing Your Organisation?

Most organisations closely monitor operational performance, service levels and efficiencies however, far fewer have visibility of the hidden factors affecting employee capacity, wellbeing and productivity every day.

Hidden Capacity is the time, energy and productivity lost through repeated interruptions, competing priorities, reactive working, meeting overload, decision fatigue and unclear expectations.

These pressures reduce productivity, increase stress and impact performance long before absenteeism, burnout or employee turnover become visible.

My services support supply chain and planning teams to perform at their best before hidden capacity becomes a business problem.

Common Challenges Your Workforce May Face

Multiple competing priorities

Constant interruptions and reactive working

Significant operational responsibility and knowledge

Feeling stretched, overwhelmed and under pressure

Low job satisfaction

Managers becoming increasingly concerned about stress, burnout or losing talented and experienced employees

Absenteeism and presenteeism affecting performance

Errors, oversights or inconsistent performance

Employees appear busy yet struggle to make meaningful progress

Teams constantly firefighting rather than working proactively

At a time when sickness absence and work-related stress continue to rise, helping employees regain control of their workload has never been more important.

Why Work With Me?

Why I Created the Forward Planning Review Method

Before becoming a consultant, I spent more than 10 years working across the supply chain.

I've been the planner trying to juggle competing priorities.

I've been the supervisor balancing operational demands with the needs of my team.

I've managed transport, inventory, raw materials and finished product planning in environments where every decision mattered and every interruption had consequences.

I know what it's like to spend a day constantly reacting.

I've experienced the pressure, the firefighting, the frustration and the responsibility that come with supply chain roles.

That's why my approach isn't based on theory alone.

It's built on practical experience, combined with planning and wellbeing methodologies that I've continued to develop.

I understand the realities because I've lived them.

I know where the friction comes from.

I know the resistance that change can bring.

I also know that the people doing these jobs don't need another motivational speaker telling them to "work smarter".

They need practical solutions that work in the unique world of supply chain.

The Forward Planning Review Method was developed to do exactly that.

I believe productive, high-performing teams don't have to choose between results and wellbeing. By creating greater clarity, capacity and control, organisations can achieve both.
